Manatee Bay Club Slip into a privately owned Condo-Dock Gated Private Boat Club

The Manatee Bay Club Association, Inc. is established and duly recorded with Monroe County, Florida. The restoration started on May 15, 2002, and as of February 1, 2005 the development is completed; offering a new security gate, an attractive office, an inviting swimming pool & spa, a laundry, nice landscaping, all new aluminum docks have been installed, and much more.
The development was successfully conducted in accordance with the originally estimated time schedule. 

 

Lots of work, but the end-result is fabulous!
