Manatee Bay Club consists of seven large Piers (A-G), one long dock (H) along most of the western side of the property, and ample upland for both private parking and Common Elements.
The smallest dock spaces are 36 ft long and the longest is 62 ft. The average dock spaces are between 37-42 ft. .
Laundry is located on Pier E, and the Office is conveniantly located between Pier A and Pier B.
